We currently deliver across most locations in India. You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

• Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for eligible products

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1000/₹5000 depending upon your selected delivery location.

• Flat Rate Shipping: ₹100-200 for orders below the free shipping threshold

• Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-delivery areas

Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number

• You can track the order status anytime via your account dashboard or the tracking link provided

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times

• If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us

• Re-delivery may incur additional charges

Basketful.in is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete:

• Contact us within 14 hours of delivery

• Provide your order ID and photos (if applicable)

• We’ll investigate and offer a resolution (replacement or refund)
